Pacing Agency is a London-based marketing team that helps businesses grow. We're looking for a freelance Web designer to help us deliver top-tier websites for our clients. We're a small, hands-on team. We cut straight to the good stuff, using data and experience to get results.
We're looking for someone who shares that mindset and is ready to build clean, effective websites.
We're looking to pay three designers for homepage mockups; the client that we think matches the best will be chosen to join us on this project.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Turning moodboards and ideas into initial homepage mockups in Figma.
- Creating Homepage Mockups: Taking design briefs and translating them into initial homepage concepts (generating 1-2 hero block variations and initial design options for approval).
- Designing Full Websites: Fleshing out approved mock-ups into complete, fully responsive website designs in Figma. (Note: We actually have a specific project in mind that we're looking to start someone on right away!)
- Expanding Existing Designs: Working with our current design files to edit existing layouts, create new website blocks, and design additional pages as our clients grow.
Must-Haves
- A strong portfolio; This can include Live websites you have created or previous design mock-ups.
- A basic understanding of the website creation process
- A great eye for spacing, typography, and structure. You know what good design looks like.
- You're a clear communicator, a proactive collaborator, and you take pride in shipping polished work.
